Lori has over 15 years of experience as a Non-profit Administrator in Workforce.
Ms. Rank began her Career at the American Red Cross Lebanon County as the Director of Health and Safety Services. Ms. Rank was promoted to various positions at Red Cross Chapters throughout the south central PA finalizing her tenure as Director of Community Volunteer and Youth Services for the American Red Cross of the Susquehanna Valley, administering eight counties and 1500 volunteers. During her employment at the American Red Cross she was awarded the prestigious nationally recognized Tiffany Award after bringing the NAMES AIDS Quilt to Lebanon Valley College. Additionally Lori designed and implemented a program entitled After School Connection that was copy written and sold nationally (through the Red Cross) focusing on children at home after school hours.
In 2001, Lori left the American Red Cross but continued her service in non-profit. Lori became the PA CareerLink Lancaster County Administrator opening doors to the public in January 2001. During her tenure in Lancaster Lori became active with the Lancaster Chamber specifically Lancaster Diversity Program. Through this program Lori instrumented the “Sign the Pledge Campaign” a nationally recognized campaign to promote healthy communities. In Lancaster County Lori also became a board member of the Lancaster County Re-Entry Program and the Lancaster Homeless Council.
In 2012, Lori began Administrative duties at the PA CareerLink Lebanon County. During her tenure at Lebanon County she became a member of the Lebanon County Chamber Woman in Business Group and a Board Member of the Lancaster Lebanon Literacy Council.
Currently Lori administers the PA CareerLink Capitol Region where she continues her efforts in assisting Job Seekers and Employers by working with the SCWIB and the Operators Consortium partners to plan, organize, implement and supervise workforce development, employment and training programs, and services provided through the PA CareerLink® system and offices through the region
