Our mission is to unlock the human talent that drives the development of businesses and individuals. Connecting the demands of the market to this potential is the fuel that pumps life into our economic growth. We are building a strong and open foundation upon which all workers, including refugees and immigrants, can grow and prosper. SCPa Works will discuss how the new Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA) is strengthening the work of workforce boards across the country and how SCPa Works is developing innovative ways to support the growth of our region.
